it’s great until you’re too stuck to leave

free donuts, store hours not too bad, will work with your availability as much as possible

Cons

bad communication between management and baristas, not all the drinks are free, highly unsanitary, will overwork their baristas, you will not feel comfortable going to management for any issues or concerns because they do not and will not listen so you either go to HR or stay quiet

Easy to get a hang of, colleagues were cool, queer inclusive.

Cons

Bad bosses, micromanaging and controlling work culture. They never took accountability for their lack of leadership, instead looked for scapegoats to fixate on. Minimum wage.
