We have a base pay structure with the ability to earn uncapped commission on top of that and our management explains our setup from the first day of orientation and beyond. He provides information in even more detail, especially when employees have any questions or concerns. The good leaders on our staff have been able to see the results and understand how our pay structure works and we've seen them make some great revenue and receive their bonuses for doing great work! There is absolutely no way we can mislead our customers or staff since we represent Fortune 500 companies who have chosen us to represent them when working with current and potential customers. We follow strict guidelines and expectations on what we do and only the best service is what we want to provide!
