Pros

This company tells you about all the growth and benefits, but they just try to get you hooked on it, so you sell for them and in the end nothing. So zero PROS

Cons

-Working 6 days a week. -They claim that they are working with all these different clients and etc, while they only have 1 major client. Even their website has no portfolio or any clients they work with, almost looks like a scam. - Advertised position did not say anything about soliciting random people walking on the streets. It sounded like a legit marketing office job. - They don't really have actual office, 1-2 small rooms inside a production house with other businesses. - They really go hard on interviewing people, they make you go to couple of interviews. One interview consists of you standing outside for several hours taking notes and answering questions while you watch your trainer solicit people. In the end you have to take a long test. Almost looks like you are getting hired for a CEO position and not street solicitor. -They make you solicit people walking on the street for all the days. Absolutely zero OFFICE work, all you do is come up to strangers and try to solicit them to buy product for 6 days straight, no matter what weather it is. -For 6 days you will be making minimum wage, while getting rejected and cursed out by people walking the streets. - They tell you that it only takes few weeks to move up and grow, while they already have a big team, there is no way that all those people will move up same time as you. - Even when you get promoted you still have to be on the streets and soliciting strangers.

Pros

If you like soliciting people on the streets for 8 hours a day in ANY AND ALL weather conditions and attending meetings daily that total to be about 2-3 hours a day while making less than minimum wage, then you have come to the right place.

Cons

Unfortunately I did not read reviews on this company beforehand and wasted a few weeks of my life. Please stay away from this "company".

We are surprised to hear that you were discouraged by the opportunities to partake in training meetings and gaining free valuable information that our mentors devote their personal time to provide, to help you with your career. This is something we go the extra mile to incorporate into the roles we offer here, as we believe that this is a supportive, encouraging and exciting environment for our team to work in. As a firm who are passionate about face to face communication, we could never see our personable approach to marketing as a negative thing, however, we do appreciate that this role is not everybody's cup of tea and that's ok. We are saddened to hear that you felt this way while you were working with us, please feel free to contact us to work through these concerns a little further. We are a company who encourage great dreams and ambitions, we can imagine this might seem overwhelming to some, but we believe in them and want our candidates to be equally excited about them also. Having worked with us in the past, we hope that you took away some valuable skills that will help you in life and to reach the goals important to you. Regards.

Pros

There is NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE. Unless you enjoy being lied to.

Cons

Misleading job post. They don't post their jobs on Glassdoor, for one reason: they don't want you to read the negative BUT REAL reviews. Speaking of reviews...analyze the "good reviews" and you will notice that they probably HIRED someone to post them

Thanks for your feedback, many of our posts are entry level, so many of our candidates who apply have not been in further education, but those who have are just as enthusiastic about the roles we have available. We are a company that prides itself on training and developing our staff from entry level. We apologize if people who are just starting their career was off-putting, we think its great. Their student mentality gives them a hunger to learn, which leads to promotions and other rewards. As a last note, Glassdoor reviews go through a strict vetting process, and there are many checks and balances in place to make sure that companies cannot exploit the process. If the positive reviews here were fake, then it throws the whole system into question. It could just as easily be said that the negative reviews are fake, and posted by rival companies, which we definitely don't believe. The fact is that Glassdoor is a very trustworthy community, and we have a lot of respect for the work they do. It just so happens that the people who work for us enjoy their work, which makes a lot of sense since we don't force them to work here. We wish you all the best in your job search.
