What I like most about working at TopBike is that it is a working environment that inspires a healthy spirit of competition, in the best possible sense of the word. There is a focus shared by most employees for continuous improvement, optimization and growth. Initiative and pro-active attitudes, the readiness to take responsibility and the ability to do justice to that responsibility are all actively fostered.
