New management brought from another department is running morale into the ground and leaders of the department are running the team ragged. We were already each doing the jobs of two or three people and now, it's been doubled while splitting the department up with no training or direction. Pay does NOT match the pressure put on the team or the unrealistic expectations.

Pay not great, people horrible,

Poor leadership from top management to lower-level management Terrible customer service from the branch level, not from the installers. They constantly find new ways to reduce your commission pay. They count pennies while letting dollars fly out of the window

Sometimes a little slow to fill open positions

Not alot of opportunities to move up in IT. There doesn't seem to be levels to move up other than manager

People work in silos. When I was let go from the company, it was me and the other female in the department. The men made the decisions on everything. There was no training - none. It felt like being set up for failure.
