It's not 37k, it's 10.5k base pay and 27k from the client, EVPN. 11 hours of work/day. Promises a change to 9hr working days for years. Here's the hard truth, the Owner will not give up billable hours. They will find ways to deduct wages. They will not give you a Christmas bonus if you have a pending memo. Office Politics - Only lackeys get promoted.

-Different forms of cost-cutting measures have been implemented, including the reduction of performance-based incentives and overtime bonuses during times of heavy work volume. -Long working hours (10.5 hours/day, 5 days a week) -Some signs of cronyism with regards to promotions and scheduling
