Pros

Flexible working hours, really helps you build your communication and networking skills. Good start for freshers since the salary is pretty good and offers a lot of growth between college and first job.

Cons

Everyone here has no regard for personal lives, are rude and inconsiderate. They won't care if you have a life of your own outside of the organization. They are a few workaholics here who live and breathe TopHire so much that it's become their personal lives, but it's really stupid to expect the same from others. Long working hours on most days and you will 100% get micromanaged so much that you will start doubting your abilities. Anxiety and mental stress is almost guaranteed. The job is basically like running a glorified call center with almost 100-150 calls every day. They stress on the company culture part of it so much that they forget that their employees are real people with daily stuff going on in their lives. They expect everyone to be young, enthusiastic about every single thing, and really extroverted - which is not the case with everyone obviously.

Pros

You could show your friends TopHire's social media handles and pretend like you work at a place with a really cool culture but deep down you'd know it's only a trap to get more young people to join the organisation. REALITY IS NOT ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

Cons

Constant micromanagement. Bullying too at times (they think it's really cool tho). Every minute of your time is accounted for, even when working from home during a pandemic!! Looks like there is no hierarchy but your manager thrives on the power they have over you! What is work-life balance?

Pros

I joined as a new hire ignoring the negative reviews on Glassdoor, and I regret it—don’t make the same mistake

Cons

- there is no work-life balance : you cannot logout until you have made all your calls for the day. The role is essentially a call-center job, requiring you to make 100-200 calls per day - they fail to provide essential resources to new employees, such as a company laptop or employee provident fund. no employee privacy either, asked us to follow the company Instagram page and other employee profiles to keep tabs on our personal lives - micromanagement is encouraged from controlling messaging styles, inbox management and typing speed - lack of career growth opportunities causing high employee turnover rates - no POSH committee to deal with internal complaints with manager misbehavior. no feedback system for immediate managers either. Employee respect is severely lacking here
