Pros

Working from home, friendly co workers.

Cons

Overworked and under paid, no benefits. Have to remember over 100 hotels booked on multiple systems all over the country, but no compensation beyond 12 dollars an hour, the hotels who work with them should be aware of how poorly run on the agent side Topaz truly is all the management is nice I will say that so that's why they get away with such low labor wages for the amount of work you must put in and there will be no raises ,had co workers who had been with company over 5 years up to 15 years with no raises

Pros

*Work from home *Flexible hours *Great resources and training *Supportive Owners/Management Topaz is a call center environment where there is constant support with training and equipment issues. There is a great team environment that is fostered through use of Google Hangouts.

Cons

*Schedule is put out a few days prior- but if something comes up, it can be almost always be accommodated
