My initial boss asked “what’s wrong with you” when referring to a gap in my employment history, the second day after I started. The lead dev, who later became my boss, filled the office with flatulence with no apology, or recognition of an associated health issue to justify the behavior. The API provided didn’t contain enough relationships to inform the front end to display what was wanted and when trying to identify gaps with the lead dev it was more about what I didn’t understand rather than the API lacking anything. The company was more focused on other activities than the product we were making.
