      1. There's tons of work to be done, doesn't mean we don't have fun doing it (memes, Toplyne Fridays, Sporty Thursdays, Foodie Tuesdays, doggos, laughs) 2. You're never the smartest person in the room (trust me, this is a pro) 3. Massive bias for action -- you get to think, experiment, execute, re-align, scale -- everything you wish for when you're working at a startup 4. Great remuneration policies

      If you're looking for a predictable, steady environment, Toplyne may not be a good fit for you. The environment is very fast-paced and you should be comfortable working in ambiguity.

      1. The culture at Toplyne is one of the best among all workplaces. The environment promotes growth and learning through collaboration. 2. The problem statement that we are working on is quite interesting. And being at Toplyne means you will know all about building and running a Saas business. 3. The work itself is fantastic, requires high ownership, and helps you grow professionally. You get to wear many hats as part of the growth team, which helps to increase your skill set. 4. Talking about the founders, they are very hardworking with a clear vision of what we are trying to build, ensuring a positive trajectory for the entire team. 5. Toplyne is also very feedback pro for all stages of the org and has made efforts to work on those feedback from time to time.

      Cons

      There are no downsides as of now.
