Pros

Salary is fair. Admin staff is kind, knowledgeable, driven, and supportive of junior staff. Lots of opportunity for growth and additional education.

Cons

The divisions are very siloed that can make cooperation between divisions difficult - sometimes.

Topo has a proven track record with 65 years of growth, consistent employment, competitive pay, generally outstanding monthly bonuses, excellent management, tuition reimbursement, opportunities for professional growth, welcoming atmosphere

Cons

It is hard work and not for everyone. This industry is tough sometimes. Clients can be extremely demanding and everyone feels the pressure.
