1. Humanity is not existential : #My office timing was 11 - 8 and we were always asked to come before 11 and was never allowed to leave at 8. There were days when we left office at 10'o clock (female employees were asked to stay too) In this 12hrs of shift you got 80mins for yourself. Two short breaks of 20mins and one lunch break of 40mins. Even a single minute late, then you're scolded as if you did a crime on the other hand your TL comes after 10mins or at whatever time he wants to. # If you even once by chance put your head on table to rest, you get mail regarding your "terrible behavior and unprofessionalism " from your TL keeping managers and HRs in CC. Like seriously? Just for this? # No leave will be approved by your TL. Even if you're puking in office still they expect you to work for them. Probably they wait for you to die on table maybe. On the other hand your TL can call sick anyday. Literally anyday. 2. Trade body for product : #If you were off track for a week and then you do a comeback with a big sale your TL has the face to ask you "single parent tha kya?" And also you're not allowed to get offended because come on it's a joke. The worst thing is that this question goes to female employees too (can you imagine that) # Comments like "single mother hai tu krlega " were now so familiar to me. Heard them atleast once in a week. 3. Chose profession over personal life, so now no professionalism should be expected from system : #You get 1 week off and even that is shown to be as if they're doing a favour to you. You are asked to work on your week offs if you refuse to then your TL makes you feel guilty until you work on next Monday # They take away every possible me time from you. You're expected to work for them and only them. # THE WORST THING IF YOU HAVE PLANS AFTER OFFICE AND BY ANY CHANCE YOUR TL AND MANAGER GETS TO KNOW ABOUT IT, THEN NEXT DAY THEY CALL YOU IN CONFERENCE ROOM AND SCOLD YOU FOR PARTYING. AND ASK NOT TO REPEAT. (Who are you? My parent?) 4. The entire recruitment process starts and ends with lie : # There are no branches in any other city except Mumbai. Gurgaon, pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, noida everything is a lie. # There is no 12LPA. I repeat no 12LPA, not even 7LPA. You're asked to work for 30k in hand until you achieve your targets even if you do they have some reasons for not giving you salary letter. And also from that 30k subtract those used tablets 2k which take as security or something. # TLs promises you position. lol 5. Sell there object (product) or get objectified : # This TL I had, had a habit of objectifying any and everyone at office. He passed comments for everyone from the BDEs (the post you assumingly are applying for) to the office boy too. He called names to everyone. # Your skin color, body type and also clothes are checked on daily basis. I wore chappals to office one day because of rain and my TL scolded me to another level. Took my meeting for the day. # To boost your confidence your TL will pass terrible comments about fellow teammates, "Look at XYZ, he doesn't know English, wears ear ring and does not look good, tum toh itne sundar ho tumse sale kyun nahi hori" Overheard him dissing other female employees to the BDEs who sit next to him even if they're not interested he speaks to them about it. 5. SCAMS : # You are asked to do scams. Sell it no matter how poor and unuseful this product is. TL had guts to say "bache ko bolo iss tablet mei PUBG khel skte hai" like seriously? He wants us to sell tablets not the app. # They tell you in training that ethical selling is everything yet when you're on floor all you hear from your TLs is sell it at any cost just sell it. # they told you you're security and safety is important to them right? Lol. They say they would hear your meeting scheduled call to understand if it's safe or not, one of my colleagues had to go a red light area for session, just imagine that poor guy's situation. He dint want to go also. # Even if you reached from a session late at night next day you're asked to be on time at any cost. I came from a session at 3 in the morning and was expected in office at 11. Ps i dint have my dinner also so I slept at 4 woke up at 9 to reach office at 11. 6. Few additional pointers : # If you assume that the review is unreal and biased because this is from BDE then here's an info, ask HR why TL and Manager (AVP) left the job. # Female employees are to sign in register to take the washroom keys. Yes I ain't lying even I was shocked when i got to know this. # There are 4 cabs and the last I know only 1 driver was left. # My TL if reads this, he would be so happy because all the time he used to ask to send unrealistic pointers and planners. # When your TL is bored he would make this humiliating score board for all the BDEs where clearly favoritism is seen. You are humiliated for that to another level. # Did I mention that how toxic the environment is there. Is toxic that receptionist cries to you about her problems and you cry yours to her. # Every 11th of month you see half the faces gone. And they bring new which are again gone after the salary is credited. ### I'm being honest here, even I dint want to believe this type similar reviews because come on it was 12LPA. But I regret. I wasted my precious time and got myself irreversible damage by this company. You dont have to the same to you. Even after reading all this you wanna join then I can say you only one thing keep it as professional as possible. You dont have to speak to your TL or manager. Good luck.

Thanks for writing. We are surprised with your experience. Salaries are never delayed, increments are given on a yearly basis based on your performance and continuity, we do not ask employees to work late.

There are no pros. Twice in a day u will get coffee 😂 Yes you heard right only twice not more than that.

In Jaro Toppscholars : It is a scam friends.. Or you can say a 12LPA lollipop which they show and exploit the students. Mainly they hire students from college who are in 7 semester and show them a lollipop of 12 lpa. But they will only pay you 32k for three months in that also they will deduct 3-4k monthly for a lenovo tab. And after three months when you will go back to college for your final semester they will abscond you. And ask for one month salary. Pathetic work environment. Deflection from work role. (they even ask new joinee to go to society and other places for promotion purpose. No help from senior officials in any regard. Senior officials have pathetic attitude even they are not so educated they can barely speak in English. On monthly basis they will deduct your salary by showing some or other reason. On festival also you have to go to office. If you dont be just check jaro educations no. On true Caller it comes with name of scam, fake, spam etc.

Thanks for writing. Compensation details are informed to the candidates well before joining and the same is clearly reflected in the letter issued and accepted by them. The employees are on a 32k fixed salary for the 1st 3 months. They are kept on a lower target as well. If they achieve their target for the 1st 3 months, their compensation is revised from the 4th month (the same is mentioned on the letter as well). Exam leaves are provided to every student, infact if they achieve the revenue target during the exam month - their entire leave period is paid despite they not having paid leaves in hand. As for the Tab deductions - its a security deposit for the company property given to each employee. The amount is refunded back to the employee during his exit from the organisation. Lastly to answer your concern about asking employees to be a part of the events and promotions - that is only to give them more exposure to other functions of marketing and to break the monotony of daily working.

Pros

you will be getting your salary on 10th every month. you will be given a tablet. you will be given a landline you will be given a 40 minutes break and if you are late by 2 minutes you will get to know how they will treat you

oh i wish i could write a thesis on them. dear toppscholars please recognize us we are not your employees we are you assets. i request anyone who wants to join this company please for god sake dont . they are having hire and fire policy . your mental health will be disturbed you wont be able to focus on anything. they expect you to perform from day 1 . managers are rude very rude . they tell you to steal or beg but bring money to us . trust me guys this company is pathetic

Toppscholar is a new venture of jaro and is aggressive in sales. I would also like to highlight that due to the aggression and discipline we have been registering good revenue and growing at a faster pace
