I cannot say enough good things about this team. Heidi, the CEO, has built an all-around positive and supportive culture. The team works hard to provide the best experience to candidates and clients alike. I am grateful for all that I have learned during my time with TorchLight.

Cons

Teams can be a bit siloed at times but leadership does a good job of scheduling in-person and virtual meetings/events for co-workers to catch up.
