absolutely none at all whatsoever

Cons

Honestly please do not waste your time even applying for this. They want you to drive 20+ miles everyday to different locations just to stand inside a Sam's club or Walmart and harrass customers into buying a product. Worst part of it all is they pay $8 an hour..... LOL who even knows how this company is still around

They lie to you about what you will be doing, especially in the interview. They read your resume and make it seem like it’s gonna be very similar to your interests. Then you show up and have to stand in Sam’s club and approach people and try to sell them things. Felt lied to and like everything I was told was fake and dishonest.

I've been working for this company for about 4 months now, and I have gained more experience and knowledge within this program than I would have ever gained from another company. The program that is offered here is giving me so many opportunities to help better and grow my success. I am valued as a business partner rather than an employee. I can't wait to see where this program is going to take me in a couple more months!

Cons

People might start this job with the mindset that this program will be given to them without putting in hard work and dedication. Doing the minimal effort will not advance anyone but only hinder them from completing the program towards ownership.
