Pros
My colleagues at Toreon impressed me with their deep subject knowledge and ability to communicate complex technical issues. The company's leadership have demonstrated a real commitment to employee welfare and I was personally made to feel very welcome in a new city. Toreon's client base is diverse and challenging, ranging from big public sector contracts to burgeoning tech start-ups. This keeps their consultants engaged and challenged. All-in-all, I would say that Toreon manage to combine innovative thinking in a fast-growing sector with friendly, employee and customer-focused values. I feel very fortunate to have started my career in information-security there and if I weren't for an exciting opportunity elsewhere I would have been more than happy to remain with the company.
Cons
Toreon is a rapidly growing company and a few of their internal processes could do with tightening up. For example the on boarding process.
