Pros
Good for a start, good project's library (even the key library contributor knowingly have clashes with the bos in the past), only 3 months to get better employment status.
Cons
Toxic work culture, 1 of the bosses really annoying, convey bad perspective towards other bosses to its employee in his division. Stab in the back are always happen when its come to the person they not fit-in. The boss is too picky and bias to an employee..even panic unnecessarily when the favourite employee get sick and couldn't come to work. Not trusting other employee to sort a problem as favouritism always happen.
