      Some good people here. Product quality is Ok.

      Cons

      The place has seen a takeover by engineers, and they are NOT good at running a business. Trying to expand far too quickly. Firings and hirings every other week.

      Excellent benefits. Minimal layers of management. Intelligent respectful coworkers. Varied, interesting, and satisfying engineering projects. Engineering and Customer Satisfaction driven rather than driven solely by sales and marketing.

      Cons

      Tormach could be more gender and ethnically diverse. They try. Tormach is not a large company and finding qualified employees of any kind is a challenge.

      Fast growing company, little bureaucracy. Interesting product line. Outstanding Customer Service. Outstanding customer educational opportunities. Good quality, robust machine tools for the price.

      Cons

      Some growing pains as the company struggles to grow. Communications could be better with some departments not knowing what others are doing. Some internal communications within work groups could be improved. There is good potential for a bright future.
