Pros
A decent place to start your carer or to be in management. Lots of opportunities to work in a variety of projects and settings with a range of client types. I learned a lot and still benefit from the "prestige" of having TL on my resume.
Cons
Not much support. They' would work us to the bone and give little back. Low pay long hours. The "prestige" of TL doesn't really extend outside the GTA and the publishing industry.
