Pros

Your colleagues become part of your family.

Cons

The reason why your colleagues become part of a family is because you share the same verbal abuse from Tania Torres. Any time you come in to the office you are wondering if today will be a smooth day or a day where Tania feels she needs to be-little her employees. Because of this reason people have dropped like flies so they can escape from Tania. I only stayed as long as I did so I can add some experience to my resume but it is NOT WORTH IT. The pay beyond low for all the work you end up doing. To be honest I am surprised she has not been investigated by the State as the abuse had been going on years before I joined. Do not be fooled by the lavish events hosted here and great reviews on Facebook. No one knows what is truly hidden in the walls of TMC other than previous and current employees.

Inhumane management

Pros

It was a decent company at first. Most of my co-workers are nice and welcoming.

Cons

Eventually, you'll be hit with the reality that his company is headed by inhumane managers. They are some of the worst people I know, and they have no sense of respect or care for employees at all. They will shout at you and humiliate you in front of others. You will also be talked down to, and you'll hear harsh and unprofessional words from them. No one should work in this terrible company with its horribly toxic managers.

Red Flag. Red Flag

Pros

It’s in the heart and center of Downtown Phoenix. Wonderful area where you can see the metro, and the sports arenas. You have all these expensive gadgets for a limited use and a nice area to work in.

Cons

Recruiter calls and describes your potential boss to be like the boss in The Devil Wears Prada. Red flag. Working long hours and being paid as a salary position, not worth it for 2 weeks. You mention it to management and they tell you to suck it up for 6 months. Red flag. You’re asked and assigned a task but pulled away to do this task, because it is for the Boss. Very well. You do it, and you’re told don’t do it, just let management do it, that’s why they are there. Red flag. You have all of this technology but there’s no organization or direction on how to do it. Red flag. You have to use what you have to make your projects work. Red flag. You leave the company and find out ALL of your old colleagues decide to blame you for the bad reputation the company has gathered, and boss has collected. Red Flag 6-10. For someone who works for the community, what has the community earned? Besides being charged for bad organization, and bad concepts. It’s a huge shame to see the community believe in a façade. No recognition for the shoulders you stand on. I truly hope with all the effort your employees are doing, you grow with them. It’s also a big thing when your employees do not know what the business is about, is it a marketing company or is it a construction company? Is it a art center? Or an event venue?
