An interesting and very eye-opening first look into PE for who ever is interested in this side of finance.

Cons

Management does not care about you and everything is based in favoritism. Promotions and raises are based on quantity of work (regardless of quality) and how “well-liked” you are by management.

Pros

Very flexible hours Ample overtime Great benefits (fully paid health insurance while I was working there) and retirement options. If you are a recent college graduate, most of the employees skew younger, so it might be easier to relate to your peers. Management has high expectations but is friendly.

Cons

Very competitive and not easy to grow within the company. It is a fairly small company, so upper-level positions are scarce and it might be difficult to progress in salary and position.

-Very low pay -lots of overtime -repetitive job; half of the job is data entry and not much analysis -Disorganized management team -no perks
