      I enjoyed my time being employed with Tortise Group. Management is a great bunch and everyone is like family.

      -good tip out -well organized prep -reasonably sized menu for amount of cooks

      -limited menu, not as much to learn as other busier restaurants -not too busy - good for stress, bad for improving
