Pros
Fantastic family owned company that are very personal and will get to know you they care about you and your future. Great people to work for
Cons
Winter time is slow. Benefits are extremely expensive and pay could be a little better their are similar jobs that pay more. CDL drivers don't do much driving in the construction decision the chemical decision has a lot of driving but not much of a demand. Some positions are also seasonal which stinks
