Terrible culture terrible management

Used to have flexi time and WFH but believe this has now been taken away

Cons

Awful culture, awful managment, by far the worst job I've ever had, no trust in employees. At the time the pay was reasonable, now they are behind the rest of the industry. Avoid this place like the plague.

Supportive colleagues and immediate line managers

Cons

Seem to be obsessed with the eroding of terms and conditions. Pay falls behind other similar organisations. Little actual investment in learning and development of existing staff. Removal of small perks/benefits one by one e.g. mileage allowances, Christmas period shutdown. So many experienced colleagues have already left and vacancies go unfilled. Pressure to maintain performance with less and less resource. Concerns fall on deaf ears.

The people that work there are great and knowledgeable.

Treat staff very badly. Try too hard to control everything and there is no trust anymore between management and staff.
