      Pros

      Tosaf is a company that gives fair salary . you work all day on a high pressure .. There are opportunities for advancement at work its a famely company with all the good and the bad benfits. to much rotation .

      Cons

      Tha challange there is to work more than a year. there is no work balance . Unfortunately no HR ! very nice people .

      Head Office hand-picks 'geniuses' and everyone else is reduced to worker bees who are constantly berated. Culture is demotivating and sucks the life from your soul. No one good stays.
