      decent pay, but that make you bend over backward for it

      READ ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS CAREFULLY - they are true. look at the dates of the reviews. many are at the same time. we were "encouraged" to write positive reviews on glassdoor to compensate for the many negative reviews. owners constantly lie to employees office is in a small run down house that used to be the owners home. looks terrible, unprofessional, Kim Toscano brings dog to work, all family members come to office. it is disruptive micro management is worst no level of trust Kim Toscano is a terrible employer.

      None really. Small company that can’t get out of its own way.

      Cons

      Small, outdated, cluttered, cramped offices. Cumbersome oversight by management. Communication impediments become obvious very quickly. No sense of team. Selective members of management create soft pockets for themselves the employees are expected to serve. You will have multiple “report to” with direction coming from all sides. Might be OK for a somewhat convenient lay-over until you find a really good company with good management but not a company to go to build a career.
