      Pros

      The pay was decent. If you want a job that isn't challenging in any way shape or form this is the company for you, but watch out, the maintenance manager there is bipolar, one minute he'll like you and the next minute he'll put you down.

      Cons

      The company changed my job within the first two weeks I was there. Management is not good, they were derogatory and demeaning.

      Pros

      Enjoyable day to day work. Little to no micromanagement. Mostly agreeable co-workers. Consistent schedule with three day weekends. Good benefits with some nice programs.

      Cons

      No bonus, despite being promised during interviews. 1% yearly raise max acress the board when the starting pay is low for this job isnt very encouraging. Training can be sink or swim.
