Pros
Well, it's a job. I liked it (before I started) because they claimed to compost, recycle, and they said that everything was fresh and organic, and even on their website it said "love where you work". I assumed I'd feel good about contributing to something so nice.
Cons
They lie. They don't compost, they don't recycle, all three bags (including trash) go into the dumpster. There is no management, working is chaos, no one gets trained, no one has assigned jobs, it's just finding things to do. If the boss isn't there, and people get confused, there isn't anyone in power or in charge. It's just "call the owner". Also, part of the reasons the employees don't have stations is because the boss doesn't want to tell the customers about all the up-charges, so you keep it in your head until you ring it up and it's plus this, plus that, plus plus plus.
