Pros
Tossware is very different from companies I’ve worked for before. They value input from their employees and make you feel at home right away. I enjoy what I do and the people make it even better. The company is experiencing lots of growth so there’s lots of opportunity to learn.
Cons
If you’re not self motivated and able to multitask, it may not be the right fit.

The team at Tossware is full of positive & fun folks who genuinely take joy in each others' company. The benefits are the best I've ever received, & ownership takes care in creating an office environment in which employees are excited to show up to every day. We are moving to our new headquarters in a few weeks and are all excited to see the fruits of our hard work come to fruition.
Cons
The fast growth of the company has some people wearing many hats at the moment, but it is exciting to see new people come in and help us grow.
