      Pros

      Early on, the culture was great. Many of the people who worked there were fantastic and gave their all to the job. The pace was exciting and you can absolutely make an impact on the bottom line of the business with new initiatives.

      Cons

      Total Attorneys was the most poorly-managed company I have ever worked for and it's not even close. The culture of nepotism was real (and awful), decisions were made on the fly with no real concern or study of future business impact and management lived off a series of "this will fix everything" promises.

      Lack of Training, unrealistic expectations

      An easy job to get, fairly interview process for anyone who could hold a conversation.

      Cons

      No quality leads, lack of training, lack of support, You're building a base of business from ground up, with unrealistic expectations. Customers who are interested in working with you, end up on a long waiting list, with representatives playing the used car sales mentality. ( If you don't buy today, someone else will lock down the territory) I've put people on the waiting list multiple times, only for someone else to sell the area, while I waited on a call back from customer. As this occurred monthly, goals continued to increase.

      Pros

      Gained a holistic view of a small company wanting to play in the big leagues. Many opportunities to expand beyond my skill set

      Cons

      Watched the company turn from a 'people first' to a 'numbers not humans' management style. The egos of the company got in the way of rebuilding a structure and saving a culture.
