      Every employee at TBS has a major impact on day-to-day business. Everyone is a joy to work with, respectful, inclusive, and positive. Company leaders share Financial transparency quarterly Company culture and Values are important

      No con, but it is Important to stay organized in your role, often a lot of moving parts.

      Fun brands, growing company, high quality people. Not too big, not too small.

      Cons

      Not many cons. There is a lot of autonomy for employees so it's not a great environment or people who want constant direction and 9 to 5 mindset.

      Strong, personable and positive team. Motivating day to day work, with supportive environments both in the office and remote. Respected management team and good team leaders. Recognized global brands represented.

      Cons

      Struggling to think of one, but perhaps not enough team company meet-ups. Other than that, no negative points to write.
