There is no real accountability in place. Unless you are already a certified Technician like myself, you may find frustration on a daily basis because they do not have the resources to allow you to train or to give you the opportunity to attain those required certifications. What little structure they have is very fluid. They do not have clearIy defined roles and responsibilities. There are lots of grey areas. If you are looking for an opportunity to grow or to excel, you may want to look elsewhere. They tend to recruit from out of the area, out of state. Be careful!!! They paint a picture of what you are hired to do. However, once you get there, you will find that to be false. They are crafty with their words and state their religion plainly and force you to adhere to their beliefs and practices in the workplace. If you are an advocate for customers, be prepared yet again to find frustration because you will discover that they do not have the resources to meet the needs of thier customers either. Customers complain to all technicians about the poor quality of service and equipment. They routinely state that they want out of their contract. There is no real sense of job security. It truly is a big disappointment. There is no IT Staff. Their Website does not relfect the reality of the situation.
