Pros

Paycheck. Had to buy suits because you have to wear a matching suit every day.

Cons

The very super-positive almost ad-like post that lies 2 below this one is obviously from one of the Miller's. No one who works there feels that way, and the 200 people that they have cycled through certainly don't feel that way either. Do not apply or work for these people. The owners are uber-money hungry, I think Dr. Miller actually said to me on my first day "I am a businessman first, and a doctor second" and that describes this place perfectly. On the outside, it looks like a well oiled machine, guiding poor elderly folks down the road of thousands of dollars of "treatments". This place is ALL show - and once you start working there and you see how rude the Millers are, how miserable the employees are, and how they go through a "Marketing" person every week, you will want to leave.

Pros

Having the opportunity to help improve the quality of life for people experiencing pain & being more productive in their every day life activities

Cons

Before you even consider applying for any position at Total Health Chiropractic, please read this review. The experience I had applying for a position at Total Health was horrendous to say the least. Their interview process is very demeaning. Many red flags from the beginning. They set you up to fail in your second interview & require employees to do unethical things. (No second chances) They do not lead by example & behind the scenes they are extremely dysfunctional. It is an extremely "septic" type of environment & they do a very good job of masking their true intentions, especially with their patients. There is an uneasiness in the office environment as if employees are on pins & needles. They are not building a 2 million dollar facility on East Paris because of many years of commitment & hard work but rather from having unethical practices. I'm sure in the future we will see something on 48 hours or Dateline because of how they run their business.

Pros

Taught me to be better organized, how to better follow through, and better identify myself and the type of company I wanted to work for.

Cons

Trying to be bigger than they are capable of being. Needed to step back and focus on small victories before jumping in with both feet. Did not care about the well being of their staff. Gave the impression that it was all about the mighty dollar and not really the health of the patients.
