Chief Operating Officer is clueless. Much game playing, fake, manipulative, unprofessional, threatened by anyone with an ounce of intelligence. Watch your back with him!

No ppe issued to any engineer even when we keep asking no tools no safe or reliable work vehicles and forced to travel and work out of the same work van or told to have unpayed leave and asked to work on a Sunday on the QT he stated for time and a half but only getting normal rate on pay day then manager denied saying it.
