      The pay starts out great. The team is super welcoming.

      Cons

      Admin is super clique. If you don't fit in with them, your job will suck. The pay raises are basically non existent due to not even meeting market value for inflation. They ate inconsistent with their rules. They say no promotion until after 90 days then promote some who has been there 30 days.
