Pros
As long as you do your work, it's a great company to work for. Management does not tolerate lazy employees. They will train and verbally correct, but if problem persists, you will be written up. A lot of employees have been with company for many years. If there is employee turnover, it is usually due to new staff not realizing that is work time and not play time. There is room to grow if you are able to multi-task. They show employee appreciation with small celebrations every few months. Annual reviews and increases according to performance.
Cons
The health insurance plans are a little pricey, but I was able to find insurance outside of business with the help of an insurance agent.
