I have never worked in such an unprofessional environment. These people really don’t know how to manage a business. There is no communication in this company, they will “listen” but not hear. They have an open door policy but if you say too much then it won’t be long that you are no longer “a good fit” there.
From not paying employees the correct amount when it comes to overtime, not paying them at all. And if the owner doesn’t want to find the time to pay you properly, he will just Zelle you your paycheck instead of putting it through ADP. And then you have to fight them just to get your paycheck done correctly, along with telling them what is wrong with it. Every single one of my paychecks were wrong, and I had to fight for days to have them corrected.
In fact there was even an employee that worked years ago and left a very respectable 2 week notice, and instead of the usual “so sorry to see you go” they just didn’t respond to her at all. They also did not pay her her last paycheck at all. From this day on, the company still owes her $300. It was at this time they also had a habit of changing peoples time cards without permission
The owners wife can even cuss out employees while patients are in the waiting room with no repercussions. Although the employees do end up fired not too much longer since the wife seemed to have a problem with them.
The owners are so paranoid that others are not doing them justice that don’t even keep their products (Botox, fillers, fat burning shots) at the office locked away, they take them home and distribute them to their clinics. Makes you wonder, why are they so paranoid?
I thought I could just keep my head down and get a year of training like I needed, but there was too much that could not be ignored in this company. I seriously don't suggest anyone work here, there's a reason their turnover rate is so high.
