Pros

Your employed and being able to help Military families.

Cons

Horrible managers, the environment, the Vice President is a bully in the office and the CEO is a snake. They lie and deceive in every manner possible. Currently they are posting fake google reviews and Glassdoor reviews to sway people’s opinion of them. All of the positive reviews are generic and fake. Read the bad reviews, they are heart felt and detailed. End of story. Pleased don’t make the mistake I did in wasting years of my life at this place. I worked at two different companies since and have been much more appreciated, paid and generally happy.

Pros

The pros are so few and far between I’m struggling to come up with something... there’s an ice machine in the break room. That was cool.

Cons

The is very poor management. It is a very cliquey company. If you’re not “in the cool crowd” you won’t go anywhere here, regardless of how hard you work. The management all sits around and gossips amongst themselves so if you ever share ANYTHING in confidence, expect that everyone but maybe 2-3 of your peers will know about it. The overwhelming favoritism and discrimination mimicked that of any appropriate law suit. I am baffled at how they aren’t in real legal trouble for the way they operate. Outside of the poor social atmosphere, the blantant disregard for the happiness of the employees is a huge issue. They do not care to fix any issue you approach them with. They will inevitably shut you out and hope you quit before they actually think about a way to fix any problems. They will throw out a gift card randomly here & there (to places NO ONE ever goes anyway) and hope that it will appease everyone to the degreee of shutting up about any problems. Don’t expect HR to be your friend either, thier heads are so far up the mangers butts they won’t hear a single opinion you voice. The benefits aren’t great, I made $18 an hour for an entry position having no prior experience so that was the hook, line and sinker for me, but also was the ceiling and for the work it’s easy, but you hate the environment so much it isn’t worth it. In conclusion, TMM is a great place to work if you’re a gossipy little drama queen that thrives on the whole brown nosing scene. You’ll do great here. It’s also good if your parents are making you work and you don’t wanna go to mcDonalds. Otherwise just keep looking for employment. This place is a disaster. They pride themselves on being “the best to work” yet everyone is too sheepish to say how awful it really is.

No Upwards Mobility

Pros

Young, fun coworkers. They throw you into the work and you either sink or swim, which makes for a very quick learning curve.

Cons

Team leads, managers, directors, VPs are all very young and not going anywhere. There's no upwards mobility for folks coming in. They don't see the talent they have in front of them and don't pay employees enough for the amount of stress they're under.
