      Really Great Front Office Senior Management

      Pros

      The guys in the front office management team are great. Very supportive, they collaborate with most of shop operators well. They understand the momentum of the industry veterans, with many year's of machining and CNC experience.

      Cons

      Some, not all, of the long term shop operators enjoy imagined controversy. I suspect with tenure, they feel creating friction and using subterfuge is ok? One of the guys on my shift approached me to say I had a target on my back, when I inquired why, he said that several operators just don’t like people that are not in their circle. I was only there a few months. I took another manufacturing process job locally, with a more desirable pay and benefit package.
