      Decent pay and experience but poor management issues

      Pros

      Decent pay for entry level. You gain a lot of experience in rack Integration. Good place to network with tech industry folks and Dell personnel. The benefits and PTO are decent. Schedules are good.

      Cons

      Completely mismanaged, Every day is a constant fight for tools and material. Insufficient restroom facilities. The CEO and COO dumped somewhere in the neighborhood of $2M+ in stock, causing the price to nosedive over 25%. People are mistreated and have to pick up the slack for hood rats that don't care. Merit increases are insulting. Workers are forced into overtime to meet failing production goals. They worry more about injecting DEI into their workforce than hiring quality people. The list goes on.

      Pros

      Consistent work, friendly coworkers, great schedules, benefits and a good starting wage.

      Cons

      Terrible onboarding/training, mismanagement everywhere, no accountability on managements part, lying to make numbers nepotism and having to learn many, if not, all of the job titles and having to take over for them that day.
