      It’s kind of a circus

      Pros

      They’re very welcoming in the beginning.

      Cons

      The CEO is a nightmare. Highly emotional, brash and impulsive. Not great qualities in a leader. Not only does he base his decisions on how he feels in the moment, he’s a control freak. The micromanaging, the unrealistic expectations, blaming everyone around him except himself - this place is heavily affected by that. There aren’t even any solid or consistent systems in place. They will say things like “We want you to grow as a professional.” Then give you a bunch of odd jobs that aren’t in your job description that distract you from your actual job then fault you for not having done the job you were hired for by a certain time.

      Toxic Environment

      Pros

      The only pros are the people. Everyone works super hard at attempting to navigate a very toxic work environment starting with the owner. Pay and benefits are good, but is so that you can be verbally abused by the owner.

      Cons

      All top leadership is micromanaged by the owner, as much as they try to make the organization a better place to work, it fails because the owner is super toxic. All employees are treated like they are disposable. Favoritism for the owner's long-term employees. The positive reviews are all fake. The same employees who wrote positive reviews hate their job and only tolerate it because they are paid well. The owner makes people cry all the time even men. Several key employees recently quit. Do not take a job here, you will regret it. You are better off going to Raymond, Crown or Pape.

      Be Ready For A Mess

      Pros

      You will be compensated for the mess you deal with on a day to day.

      Cons

      No structure with their training. You'll be thrown into a software system that you're expected to navigate. As a mobile tech you'll be sent to a job without the correct parts. There are disrespectful tones throughout all of management to their subordinates. Warehouse techs are not fully trained and support staff will have to communicate with upset customers. Noone seems happy, so the atmosphere is dreadful.
