      The events are very exciting, though rare.

      The other contractors are friendly, organized and like minded as myself. We work together like a well tuned machine.

      The events with this company are very sparse and not alot of work through them.

      Flexible schedule, working with people in community

      Cons

      Sometimes there are several weeks between opportunities to work during the summer because it is the "slow" season for this type of work. I'm confident the work will pick up in the fall.
