      Pros

      Total Western used to have multiple contracts in the Pacific Northwest Region,some of which were diminished due to a shift in market demand, and other longstanding contracts that were awarded to other companies at renewal dates.The current climate is very aggressive with other maintenance companies underbidding, or have a better previous relationship with clients in the region.Total Western enjoyed a prosperous period from the late 90s up until 2020.

      Cons

      Some downfalls to employment were, lack of support,outdated tooling or lack there of.Some of the workplaces were poorly managed, and lacked professionalism.
