Totally have been going through a restructure for the past year, due to the leadership team's inability to decide the right direction to take the company in. Staff are severely overworked with an unrealistic expectation of what is achievable Teams have requested team meetings to address concerns, to which the department director has refused. This is extremely worrying as an employee There is a genuine lack of care for employees stress levels and wellbeing

I would give zero stars if I could! Where to start….executive don’t have a clue what’s going on. No leadership whatsoever. They all blame each others for decisions made. They don’t care as an organisation and treat staff appallingly. Patient care isn’t a priority. They only care about the bottom line and their share holder price. I would strongly advise any potential staff to thinking about totally to NOT even think about it. You will regret it. Staff there currently can’t wait to get out and contracts are being loss all over the country.
