Look after clients but not staff
Pros
Good quality work they were doing. Lots of training opportunities including getting to travel abroad to meet clients etc
Cons
Unfortunately during my probationary period they decided to tell me I wouldn’t be passing. Prior to them telling me this I had a review meeting a couple of weeks earlier where no negative feedback was given or areas of development to work on. I took it very personally at first and this really affected my Mental health. Later on in the same week I found out they had made people redundant as the company recently got taken over so this set off some alarm bells. They also did not fill in my position which I found even more odd. My end impression was they said I wasn’t passing so they didn’t have to pay someone new redundancy money. Even if this wasn’t the case they made no attempt to help me improve what they thought were issues - not very supportive at all.
