Pros

Pretty nice office and good location.

Cons

My tenure at tng has been overshadowed by the detrimental influence of its CEO and CHRO, both of whom have contributed to a toxic work environment and a pervasive sense of disillusionment among employees. The CEO's appointment appears to be rooted in personal connections rather than merit, leading to a leadership void characterized by fake personas, insecurity, and incompetence. Instead of taking accountability for their failures, the CEO consistently deflects blame onto others, creating a culture of scapegoating and mistrust. Equally concerning is the behavior of the CHRO, who serves as a mere puppet for the CEO's whims. Their lack of empathy and professionalism is evident in their cruel treatment of employees, with HR functioning as a conduit for their vindictiveness. Witnessing the CHRO openly swear with profanity-laden language, including the frequent use of expletives, is both shocking and indicative of a severe lack of respect for the workforce. The company's abysmally high attrition rate is a direct result of the toxic leadership and hostile work environment perpetuated by the CEO and CHRO. Instead of addressing underlying issues and fostering a culture of support and growth, they choose to gaslight departing employees and paint them as undesirable. In summary, tng is plagued by ineffective leadership, a dearth of integrity, and a culture of toxicity that erodes morale and productivity. Prospective employees should proceed with caution and carefully consider the implications of joining a company where such behavior is not only tolerated but seemingly encouraged.

Pros

Free fruits/coffee/snacks, strategic work location, supportive colleagues (who are trying to survive the politics), creative benefits

Cons

I read Glassdoor reviews before but chose to accept the offer - worst decision of my entire life. My department was led by the worst leader I've seen as she was supposed to be the custodian of culture, welfare, and policies. I was escorted out on my last day with sudden notice and was told that I can't come back to the office anymore even though I was serving my notice period. I'm not the first and I won't be the last. There were many others who faced the same treatment. There were so many rejections of offers and I was truly glad that candidates didn't sacrifice their sanity to join in this toxic-filled environment like I did. I lost sleep at one point due to my line manager's ill treatment and pressure applied. Think twice before joining as you will be scarred for life.

Pros

1. Fresh fruits everyday 2. Clean office 3. Sometimes the trash takes themselves out ;)

Cons

If you just got an offer, and you’re thinking about accepting it, please check the glassdoor reviews first. The good reviews here are planted as we were told to review them here on our first day of working here during onboarding, and show the TA handling the session that you have reviewed it. CHRO & CEO are as bad as they sound. Their vision is so short that the only thing they see is SALES. Repetitive work for a department that are supposed to be “creative”, with the creatives doing very mediocre work and being drowned in processes instead. For a fintech company, they sure don’t believe in automation. Microsoft forms for their revolutionary “automation”. They believe in bullying you to quit if you speak up, if you tell HR, they will definitely tell the person you’re complaining about and call that a HR intervention. Townhalls are used as an open mic session for the CEO to pat himself on the back, and literally sarcastically deny all the bad reviews here. The HR here are very cocky as well, they don’t mind if you report them to authorities, because they are obviously above the law. What do you expect from a HR team that hires other races as tokens. They are run by a very obvious race that ends every sentence with “ya”. So that should tell you a lot about their culture ya. Accountability is definitely not in anyone’s book here as it is encouraged for you to openly call out and blame other people or department. And they encourage a backstabbing culture, you will hear this a lot from anyone who works there; “you need to cover your bases”. That screams healthy working environment right? There is no trust between anybody even within your own department, if you see anyone doing anything wrong even if its a realllly small matter, you are encouraged to call them out in the group so the bosses can see. nobody wants to speak up of the working condition, instead they prefer to talk behind each other’s backs despite everyone being over 35yo. Very mature and highly recommended if you like a backstabbing culture and is very good at polishing shoes. You can do no work, but if you’re a favourite, you are invincible in the company. I wish I could summarize the whole entire time i have been here with a word, but there is not a word that is colourful enough for them. Please make sure this comment is the highest rated comment so other people can see it.
