Pros

Typical 8-5 job Monday-Friday. Small company so it's easy for the CEO to come and meet his employees. The company would be great if it actually was everything the CEO wants it to be. The CEO is a good person.

Cons

Started off great and the managers were amazing but then the Ohio branch got a chip on their shoulder and started micromanaging everything in Vegas. Now the new managers have felonies, no formal education, and everyone there does drugs. They say they don't participate in nepotism but that's a lie they get rid of you as soon as they don't want to be your friend even if you're a good performer. They also are always on the brink of losing their only campaign because no one really cares about the work. Nothing but lies and smoke screens.
