      - Teammates who are excellent with their craft. - People are willing to collaborate - Innovative projects - Competitive salary and benefits

      Cons

      - Constant product redirection. - Management is consistently riding the trend wave which results to not finishing the initial product offerings that the company is aiming to develop. - Almost all of the projects have potential but did not see through the end due to the constant developing of new concepts/innovative products.
