- friendly and jovial workplace - very little micromanagement

The company management is disorganized, often not on the same page and unable to plan more than a week out. Internal communication and processes are almost non-existent. Performance is not reviewed, neither for correction or increased compensation; firing can happen with little warning for "failing to meet expectations".
