Pros

The opportunity to learn about video optimization.

Cons

The company brands itself as entrepreneurial which translates into low pay and little to no raises for the employees, This company likes to get people excited about the possibilities but the results are not there year after year after year. Also, the entrepreneurial image translates into a major lack of focus. Of course it will be positioned as evolving but when you work there you see first hand how disorganized the whole company really is in their decision making and prioritizing, The management runs like a bad sorority and yet the irony is that this company is shockingly not friendly to women. Finally, the overall culture is nothing short of toxic. It is totally acceptable for senior managers to gossip about the CEO (and vice-versa) in front of employees. Yuck. My advice to those of you looking to work here is to network on your linkedin and find former employees and managers. Make sure you get the full story before accepting the position.

Pros

Your co-worker will be great.

Cons

There is an expectation that you will work 60-70 hours a week. The management team will not keep their word in regards to pay raises, bonus or your contract. Be leery of something that sounds too good to be true.

Pros

I worked at Touchstorm for a couple years. Being a young professional I was brought into the company at an entry level position and quickly grew in the company both in compensation and title. The company really supported me and gave me incredible opportunities including traveling overseas, producing video all over the country, and great responsibility. The company also has a great book of Fortune 500 companies which allowed me to work with big brands like Covergirl, Gillette, LG, Pampers, Olay, and more.

Cons

While NYC is the company's headquarters the execs and about 75% of the company work remotely all over the country. This makes for a very quick office but with that I also had the flexibility to work at home which allows me to travel often.
