Pros

Work from home (sometimes) Nice office

Cons

This is nothing more than a travel agent job where you are selling outrageously overpriced trips where we cheat out of customers. I honestly feel bad for some of the customers. Management will constantly talk about your “conversion rates” like a parrot. Highly avoid. This company is also not doing well and the U.S. expansion is a waste of time and money. AI will soon take over this company is a waste.

Nice office, some really cool people to work with, always learning on the job

Cons

-leadership is detached from reality (leads, heads and VPs) -panic decisions instead of strategy -putting all of the stress and blame on employees -no raises nor promotions
